Things to know.

Our editors work in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. You can choose the software that best fits your workflow, or we'll assign the editor best suited to your editing style.

Our standard turnaround time for the first draft is 4–6 weeks. During our busiest months (June through December), first-cut delivery may extend to 6–8 weeks. Final delivery depends on the number of revision rounds requested.

We use Frame.io, so you can leave time-stamped comments directly on your video.

Revision Policy

  • Essential Tier: Includes 1 revision round, as your film is edited in the House of Soul’s Style.
  • Signature Tier: Includes 2 revision rounds, tailored to match your unique editing style and creative preferences.
  • Additional revision rounds are available at an additional cost.

Revision Turnaround

  • The first revision is delivered within 14 days of receiving your revision request.
  • Any additional revisions are delivered within 7 days of receiving each subsequent revision request.

Major changes, such as replacing the soundtrack after multiple revision rounds, may require additional editing time and charges.

Upload your files through the HOS Client Portal, or upload to Frame.io or Google Drive and share the download link with us. We recommend organising your footage clearly and keeping your own backup.

No. House of Souls works exclusively with professional wedding filmmakers and studios, supporting you behind the scenes so you can deliver films under your own brand.

Yes. Priority Delivery is available for every video, subject to our team's availability. Priority turnaround is 1 week and an additional 50% priority fee applies.
